The most of homeowners follow the garbage/recycling rules. However, living in the apartment complex and having the shared garbage/recycling bins, some people easily turned be careless.
I must think these careless people are part of causes of the “Global Warming” and did not get the concept of “Reuse of Resources = Recycling”
It is all education. Keep educate people how individual’s efforts become important for the community and… world.
This subject is deep and if you are digging up the issues and looking for the solutions, you end up “Catch 22.” Situations. I just focus on “what I can do.”
I cannot control others, but I have a small hope to influence others.
